Job description

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection and audit of construction equipment (primarily excavators and cranes) across multiple infrastructure projects in Singapore.
• Diagnose faults and perform minor adjustments, repairs, and replacement of faulty components.
• Carry out minor repairs on damaged equipment parts where applicable.
• Coordinate with machinery vendors and suppliers for major repair works when required.
• Perform routine servicing, including cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
• Report equipment defects, damages, and operational issues to Management in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit inspection and audit reports, including findings and recommendations, to Management.
• Participate in vendor and equipment assessment, selection, and evaluation processes.
• Review project performance to identify issues, risks, and improvement opportunities, and implement corrective action plans.
• Review site investigation reports and provide technical input and recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in equipment management or inspection within the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Sound knowledge of construction equipment, machinery specifications, and applicable regulations.
