Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Service Engineer to design and execute test plans for process analyzer systems. This permanent role involves direct responsibilities in testing and compliance, offering a competitive salary package of $3,500 - $4,500. Qualifications

Job Description
  • Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering Services
  • Position Title: Service Engineer
  • Working Location: Bukit Batok
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic $3,500 - $4,500 + VB
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and procedures for process analyzer systems based on project specifications and requirements.
  • Conduct in-house testing of analyzer systems in line with approved methods and project needs.
  • Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) according to approved procedures; record results and follow up on findings.
  • Maintain testing records and all related technical documents in the department's documentation system.
  • Comply with and take ownership of department and company policies, processes, and initiatives.
  • Provide technical support to field service engineers; liaise with suppliers and OEMs to resolve issues and support troubleshooting.
  • Support training initiatives; help develop the skills of new engineers and technicians.
  • Contribute to customer service, best practices, testing methods, documentation standards, and job planning.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and support continuous improvement activities.
