Job summary

A leading marine services provider in Singapore is seeking a Service Engineer / Site Supervisor to manage repair and installation projects. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience in the marine industry, strong management skills, and a valid Class 3 license is advantageous. This permanent position offers a working schedule from Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.30pm, along with a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the repair and installation projects (e.g., doors, windows, etc.).
• Oversee operations within the workshop.
• Plan manpower allocation and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in managing the operations team.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
