Job Scope

• Work with Customer Service to promptly resolve security system issues.
• Provide full support services, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, modifications, and training.
• Create system diagrams using AutoCAD.
• Manage contract renewals and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Handle preventive maintenance and daily troubleshooting.
• Follow up on all technical issues until fully resolved.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronic, Computer, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Security system experience with Access Control/CCTV knowledge.
• Basic IT knowledge (hardware, networking, database).
• Willing to be on night duty (rotation basis).
