Job description
  • Carry out commissioning, maintenance, repairs, overhauls, and troubleshooting on engines, turbochargers, auxiliary systems, and related equipment in accordance with technical standards and documentation.

  • Plan and prepare service activities by reviewing work procedures, drawings, tools, and spare parts requirements.

  • Perform LMRA and comply strictly with Everllence Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements, including proper use of PPE.

  • Serve as on-site technical lead, supervising and coaching technicians during service, commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing.

  • Diagnose faults independently, determine corrective actions, and implement technical solutions, escalating to senior engineers when required.

  • Document service activities through accurate reports, technical findings, condition photos, and spare parts recommendations in line with Everllence and ISO standards.

  • Provide technical support for customer engagements, warranty investigations, and after-service reviews.

  • Coordinate service schedules with internal teams and customers to ensure timely and compliant execution of service contracts.

  • Conduct technical training for employees and customers on operation and maintenance best practices.

  • Support continuous service improvement and sales opportunities through technical and market feedback from service activities.
