Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on and technically competent Service Engineer to join our Service Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting preventive and corrective maintenance and providing technical guidance to our client to ensure system reliability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up and configure ELV systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, PA, and AV systems) in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV systems at client sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair system issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Respond to client service calls promptly and provide effective on-site technical support.
• Guide clients on the proper use and basic maintenance of ELV systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, system configurations, and maintenance records.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating maintenance jobs.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer, or IT), or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience in technical service, maintenance, system support, or installation.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, or supporting systems or equipment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and customers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates with a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
