✔ Hold a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Biomedical Engineering.
✔ Have minimum 2 years of experience servicing 3D printers and/or lab equipment.
✔ Enjoy troubleshooting and solving technical challenges.
✔ Have a sales‑driven mindset — spotting opportunities and closing service sales.
✔ Communicate well and love delivering great customer service.
✔ Are independent, motivated, and target‑driven.
✔ Are open to occasional regional travel.
