What You’ll Be Doing
Technical Expertise – Be the Problem Solver
  • Bring technology to life by installing, calibrating, and commissioning 3D printers and laboratory instruments.
  • Keep systems running at their best through smart troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
  • Empower users with on‑site and remote technical support, including hands‑on training.
  • Document your work with clear reports and share recommendations that make a real difference.
Service Sales Growth – Turn Service into Opportunity
  • Go beyond “fixing” by promoting value‑added services: maintenance contracts, consumables, training, and upgrades.
  • Spot opportunities during service visits and convert them into sales wins.
  • Build strong, trust‑based customer relationships that bring repeat business.
  • Partner with the commercial team to expand the service sales pipeline and hit new growth milestones.
Performance & Contribution – Drive Impact and Innovation
  • Achieve and celebrate your service revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Share insights on customer needs, service trends, and competitor activities to shape future strategies.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Hold a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Biomedical Engineering.

✔ Have minimum 2 years of experience servicing 3D printers and/or lab equipment.

✔ Enjoy troubleshooting and solving technical challenges.

✔ Have a sales‑driven mindset — spotting opportunities and closing service sales.

✔ Communicate well and love delivering great customer service.

✔ Are independent, motivated, and target‑driven.

✔ Are open to occasional regional travel.
