SERVICE ENGINEER

(Singapore- Jurong [Map])

Responsibilities:

• Duties include, but not limited to application support, troubleshooting, advise customers on technical and application issues, preventive maintenance, repair and calibration activities
• Able to complete administrative tasks associated with service field, balance customer visits and requests, documentation and reporting to supervisors and management
• Apply your technical knowledge and experience to solve technical problems and perform complex repairs onsite, via phone or email
• Travel to customer sites for repair and preventive maintenance
• Assure that repair, calibration and service work is performed in compliance with the manufacturer specification
• Establish and maintain positive relationships and promote service products

Requirements:

• A background of Chemistry with minimum 2 years’ experience in analytical instrument field, calibration, troubleshooting and repair of instruments
• Strong computer, communication and customer service skills
• This position requires a highly motivated individual that is capable of completing assigned tasks with little supervision
• Possess valid driving license
