Performs on-site (Cleanroom) repair, installation, and maintenance of automation equipment and machinery, including mechanical and electrical components.

Works with customers to diagnose technical problems, determines solutions, and assists customers in implementing fixes.

Liaises with customers on unresolved technical problems and ensures proper records are maintained.

Performs stand-by duty.
