Job description

The primary role of this position is to provide high quality repair and preventative maintenance services for all Hach brands equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and commissioning of Hach water analyzers at customer sites.
• Conduct preventive maintenance in accordance with standard service procedures and schedules.
• Carry out troubleshooting and repair of analyzers to minimize downtime and maintain product reliability.
• Support site acceptance tests (SAT), functional testing, and calibration activities.
• Prepare and submit service reports and documentation accurately and promptly.
• Provide technical feedback to Service and Product teams for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with Hach and customer EHS requirements.
• Maintain good communication and a professional relationship with customers.
