Job summary

A leading service provider in the scientific and medical industry in Singapore is seeking a professional for technical after-sales service support. You will provide installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance for laboratory and medical equipment. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills and a valid driving license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical work experience in field service/maintenance.
• Ideally process experience in the similar industry.
• Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical after-sales service support for laboratory/research/analytical/medical equipment.
• Provide technical consultation to customers.
• Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems.

ITS Science & Medical Pte Ltd – Bukit Merah

Provide comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for laboratory/ research/ analytical / medical equipment in the Scientific & Medical industry.

Provide technical consultation to customers.

Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline.

Prepare service reports.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical work experience in field service/ maintenance.
• Ideally process experience in the similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A good team player who is able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented individual with good business acumen.
• Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage.
