Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service operations and maintenance activities for elevator and escalator systems to ensure smooth functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service performance, proactively reduce call-back rates, and address recurring issues through preventive and corrective actions.
- Respond to customer feedback and complaints with timely follow-ups and site inspections to uphold service quality standards.
- Ensure all service activities comply with company safety, environmental, and quality protocols.
- Conduct cost analysis to track labor and parts usage, aligning operational efficiency with profit targets.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to identify opportunities for equipment repairs, upgrades, and value-added services.
- Lead and motivate service teams through performance reviews, coaching, and continuous development.
- Foster strong communication and working relationships with internal departments, clients, and external service providers.
- Contribute to ad hoc tasks and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery and operational processes.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronic Engineering which is recognized by relevant authority
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the lift and escalator industry
- In-depth knowledge of lift and escalator systems, including their technology and maintenance procedures.
- Flexible and willing to travel to multiple customer locations as part of service operations.
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
