Responsibilities

1. Carry out site inspection at job sites
2. Troubleshoot technical issues at job sites
3. Prepare reports and quotations
4. Maintain existing customer base and provide quality csutomer service
5. Ensure prompt follow up to customer enquiries , work progress and defects work
6. Ensure smooth operation at sites and assurance to customers on quality
7. Develop new business opportunities and new networking
8. Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned.
