Job summary

A well-known brunch spot in Singapore seeks enthusiastic part-time Service Crew members. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with food and beverage orders, and maintain restaurant hygiene. Basic qualifications include N-level or O-level and preferably 1 year of F&B experience. This role requires weekend shifts with at least 24 hours commitment per week.

Qualifications

• Willing to perform shift work schedule during weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum commitment of 24 hours per week schedule.
• At least 1 year F&B Service Crew experience preferred.

Service Crew (Part Time / Casual / Flexi-roster)

Part-time: $14 per hour (weekdays) - $16 per hour (weekends)

PH: 2x rate

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service experience.
• Provide menu recommendations appropriately
• Attend to customers’ needs promptly and professionally
• Adhere to personal & food safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and the hygiene of the restaurant
• Perform any other duties assigned by Manager
• Assist in serving food and beverage to guest
• Assist in Packing food orders in Kitchen for both dine in, online & takeaway orders
• Assist in Taking Order, Seating guests, restaurant cleaniness, clearing tables , sweeping etc

Requirements

• Willing to perform shift work schedule during weekends and public holidays
