Job Description

As a Part-Time Service Crew, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily restaurant operations. You will work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Take and process food and beverage orders using the POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations
• Refill condiments, utensils, and other service-related items as needed
• Assist with food preparation and takeaway packing when required
• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety guidelines as per NEA regulations
• Handle basic customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary
• Work as a team to ensure efficient front-of-house operations
