Job Description

We are looking for friendly and attentive Service Crew members to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests and supporting the overall operations of the restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant and professional first impression.
  • Present menus and explain Omakase dining concepts to guests.
  • Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant’s service standards.
  • Work closely with the chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area.
  • Assist in table setup, clearing, and resetting between services.
  • Handle guest inquiries and feedback politely and promptly.
Requirements
  • Passionate about hospitality and Japanese dining culture.
  • Friendly, polite, and service-oriented.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic English or Japanese-speaking ability is an advantage.
