Job Description

The Service Team Leader will oversee the front-of-house operations, including customer service, staff management, and overall guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing a restaurant’s front of house and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the Service Manager to ensure the smooth service operations of the Restaurant
  • Assist in managing daily front-of-house operations.
  • Train, supervise, and schedule front-of-house staff. Assist Service Manager in preparing staffing/sales reports.
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to service standards, health, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Assist in developing promotions and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Service Team Lead or similar role preferrably from brands like Putien, Paradise, Haidilao, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarian is required, given our primarily Chinese-speaking clientele.
