A hospitality service company in Singapore is looking for a customer-oriented service staff member to greet guests, serve food and beverages, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends. Experience is a plus but not mandatory. Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present the menu.
Serve food and beverages according to established service standards in a timely and professional manner.
Be knowledgeable about the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, and answer guest inquiries confidently.
Anticipate guest needs such as refilling water glasses or providing additional utensils.
Present and explain bills to customers and process payments accurately and efficiently.
Handle and resolve customer concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the outlet.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining and service areas—clearing and resetting tables, replenishing condiments and supplies, and keeping side stations tidy.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management to support smooth daily operations.
Customer‑oriented, proactive, and friendly with a positive attitude.
Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, public holidays.
Relevant experience will have added advantage but not mandatory.
