Job Scope

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present the menu.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards in a timely and professional manner.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, and answer guest inquiries confidently.
• Anticipate guest needs such as refilling water glasses or providing additional utensils.
• Present and explain bills to customers and process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the outlet.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining and service areas — clearing and resetting tables, replenishing condiments and supplies, and keeping side stations tidy.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management to support smooth daily operations.
