Job Scope
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present the menu.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards in a timely and professional manner.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, and answer guest inquiries confidently.
- Anticipate guest needs such as refilling water glasses or providing additional utensils.
- Present and explain bills to customers and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the outlet.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining and service areas — clearing and resetting tables, replenishing condiments and supplies, and keeping side stations tidy.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management to support smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and friendly with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, public holidays.
- Relevant experience will have added advantage but not mandatory.
