Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality service to guests in dining, lounge and event areas within the resort.
  • Take and process guest orders accurately while ensuring a pleasant and professional dining experience.
  • Assist in table setup, clearing, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Support daily outlet operations, including opening/closing duties and event service when required.
Job Requirements:
  • Comfortable working in a hospitality or F&B service environment.
  • Able to learn and apply luxury service standards and operating procedures.
  • Good communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Responsible and able to work collaboratively within a service team.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays based on operational needs.
