We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Service Crew Members at Kaisendon, a premier Japanese restaurant. As a Service Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, ensure a clean and comfortable dining environment, and assist with various tasks within the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests warmly as they enter the restaurant. Provide menu information, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Order Taking and Service: Accurately take food and beverage orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen. Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure all orders are correct.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the dining area clean and organized, including clearing tables, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring restrooms are tidy.
  • Assist with Food Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers in a professional and polite manner. Check on customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process customer payments, handle cash, and provide change as needed.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, fellow service crew, and management to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and drink pairings, to answer customer inquiries.
  • Upselling: Encourage guests to try signature dishes, beverages, or desserts to enhance their dining experience.
