• Greeting customers “Irashaimasse!”
• Introduce menu items to customers
• Serve food and beverages to customers’ tables, and clear them after meals
• Take the initiative to refill (free-flow) tea, cabbage and rice for customers
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of service/dining area
• Check and pack delivery orders before riders collect them
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned (e.g. cashiering)

Salary

• Part-time salary: $12/ hour onwards
• Full-time service crew salary: $2,000 – $2,600 with employee benefits (medical, insurance, leave, overtime pay if you agree to additional scheduled hours etc), performance bonus and career development opportunities

• All successful candidates will have to attend a service excellence training

• Please note that we have a split shift as the restaurant is closed from 3-5pm. Staff meals are provided after each split shift
