Dress Code (Strictly Enforced)
- Plain black shirt (no visible logo)
- Black long pants (no holes/tears)
- Non‑slip, oil‑resistant black covered shoes with socks
- Track shoes and sneakers are NOT allowed
- All visible tattoos must be fully covered
- Cap will be provided (return at end of shift)
- Nails must be clean, short and no nail polish
- Only 1 ring allowed (no diamond) – remove all other accessories
- Clothing must be clean and free of unpleasant odour
- Wearing a mask is mandatory
Work Ethics & Conduct
- Do not use your mobile phone during working hours – especially at the counter or kitchen area
- Phone may need to be placed in a designated locker, depending on outlet policy
- Always inform your supervisor or a team member before leaving your station – even for short tasks like disposing of rubbish
Special Instructions
- Bring NRIC / Passport for verification at scan‑in
- Bring WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate
- Meals will be provided for long shifts
- Transport may be provided if public transport is unavailable – follow outlet manager instructions for reimbursement
- Leaving before the confirmed end time is considered misconduct and may result in no payment (management discretion applies)
- Do not report to the job site until receiving official award confirmation via EL Connect App
- Kindly arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled time for check‑in.
