About the role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Service Crew/Barista to join our dynamic team at Giveback Coffee Co. Pte. Ltd. in our Raffles Place Central Region location. This full-time role is integral to delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining our high standards of coffee and hospitality.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and serving a wide range of specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to customers
2. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
3. Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area
4. Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
5. Working collaboratively with the wider team to support the smooth running of the cafe

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry
2. Strong knowledge of coffee and beverages, including the ability to prepare a wide range of specialty coffee drinks
3. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a high-quality experience
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
5. A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
6. A team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the cafe
