We are seeking a passionate and skilled Service Crew/Barista to join our dynamic team at Giveback Coffee Co. Pte. Ltd. in our Raffles Place Central Region location. This full‑time role is integral to delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining our high standards of coffee and hospitality.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a wide range of specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to customers.

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and well‑stocked service area.

Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Working collaboratively with the wider team to support the smooth running of the café.

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry.
