About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Crew to join our dynamic team in the Serangoon North-East Region. As a full-time Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

What you'll be doing
  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  3. Maintaining a clean and well-organised dining area
  4. Assisting with the preparation and restocking of supplies
  5. Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly
  6. Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
  7. Supporting the team in various tasks as needed
What we're looking for
