We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress. The position involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities
  • 1. Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
    Assist guests in making menu selections and provide recommendations when necessary.
    Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
  • 2. Table Service: Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
    Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
    Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests.
  • 3. Knowledge of Menu: Stay informed about menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
    Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • 4. Upselling: Suggest additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or beverages, to enhance the dining experience.
  • 5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between the front and back of the house.
    Communicate effectively with colleagues to provide excellent service.
  • 6. Handling Payments: Present bills to customers, handle payments, and process transactions accurately.
    Maintain a high level of integrity and honesty when handling cash and credit transactions.
  • 7. Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the dining area clean and well-organized.
    Assist in the setup and breakdown of the dining area before and after service.
  • 8. Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures regarding service standards, hygiene, and safety.
    Attend training sessions to stay updated on new menu items and service techniques.
  • 9. Flexibility in Schedule: Be available to work during holidays, weekends, and evenings as per the restaurant's schedule.
