Job Description

• Welcome customers into the restaurant & sit them
• Take & process customers’ orders and generate their bills
• Provide answers to queries by customers regarding services and offers
• Clean all tables and get tables prepared for the next set of customers
• Assist kitchen staff and delivery staff whenever such assistance is required
• Assist to manage queue and/or reservations
• Support opening & closing of outlets including cleaning and washing soft serve machine, drink dispensers, etc.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Relevant experience in F&B
• Cheerful pleasant personality with a positive mindset
• Knowledge of hygiene policy and standards is a sure bonus
• Ability to carry out required tasks in an accurate manner
• A strong team player & able to maintain composure during rush hours
• Ability to deliver top-quality customer service

• Full-time – minimum 44 Hours/week with overtime
