Job Description
  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
  • Take and serve orders promptly and accurately
  • Provide product recommendations and assist customers with their selections
  • Use upselling techniques to enhance overall store sales
  • Set and achieve sales targets to contribute to team performance
  • Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and balancing the till
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the day
  • Restock items and keep the store well-organized at all times
Job Requirements
  • Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
  • Willing to learn and work as part of a team
  • Prior experience in F&B or retail is an advantage
  • Able to commit to work overtime if required
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
  • Able to perform shift work
Compensation
  • Working location: walking distance from Havelock MRT
  • Working hours: 5 days per week; Shift between 10:30am - 10:30pm, breaks included as per schedule (44 hours/ week)
