Job Title: Beverage & Dessert Crew
Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and welcome them to the restaurant.
  • Present the beverage and dessert menu, make recommendations, and take accurate orders.
  • Prepare and serve beverages (juices, smoothies) and desserts (ice cream) promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain presentation and quality standards for all items served.
  • Clear and reset tables after guests have finished dining.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and polite manner.
  • Process bills and handle payments accurately at the counter.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the beverage and dessert station.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Collect guest feedback and report to management to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by the Director or Chef.
