Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.
• Collect payments from customers.
• Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Serve patrons earnestly to ensure a comfortable dining experience.
• Recommend signature dishes and take orders in an expedient manner.
• Serve dishes and prepare drinks when ready.
• Clear tables to reset for the next patron in a prompt manner.
• Prepare receipts and collect payment and feedback.
• Manage reservations and queues.
• Work with the kitchen team closely to ensure food quality and prompt service.
• Manage takeaway and food delivery orders accurately.
• Maintain an excellent standard of hygiene and housekeeping.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.
