A catering company in Singapore is seeking candidates for a restaurant role. You will ensure a seamless customer experience while managing service operations. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, addressing customer needs, and supporting communication between operations teams. Candidates must be available for flexible shifts throughout the week, with a salary range of $2,000 - $2,500 per month.
• Ensure that an impeccable customer experience for all guests is maintained
• Ensure smooth execution of restaurant service
• Participate in proper communication between Front of House (Hotel) and Back of House operations team (Restaurant Kitchen).
• Use the POS and reservations software systems
• Perform opening and closing duties for the restaurant where required.
• Address customer needs, comments and complaints
• Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean
• Ensure that workstations are set up before the shift commences
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant
• Strictly abide with health and sanitation regulations
