RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Welcoming guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the room and keeping the environment tidy at all times
- Able to perform duties like taking food and drink orders, cashiering and any other ad hoc duties from time to time.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
- Ensure that guests received attention at all times
- Building and maintaining good rapport with the guest
- Manage and deliver/serve drinks/food
- Perform general basic service
- Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Outgoing, presentable and service-oriented
- Cheerful, independent and self-motivated
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday
