Job summary

A prominent food service organization in Singapore is seeking a service crew member to assist customers and manage orders primarily through QR Code. Responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing food, managing cashier transactions, and ensuring food safety standards. Training will be provided, and while prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus, it's not required. Candidates must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

• Greet and assist customers
• Show customers how to complete QR Code Ordering. Most orders will be done via QR self-ordering.
• Handle POS (sales terminal), food delivery devices, and all cashier transactions (where necessary)
• Prepare and pack orders, buzz for customers, and pass prepared food at the collection counter
• Basic food and drink preparation
• Assist and support with stock replenishment
• Coordinate with the kitchen team
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Adhere to SOPs and recipe guidelines
• Cleaning and maintenance of the outlet (e.g. cleaning, sweeping, mopping, wiping tables, collecting trays, etc.)
• Assist where necessary, as assigned by the management
