Overview
  • Industry/ Organization Type: Marine/ Oil & Gas
  • Position Title: Service Coordinator / Senior Service Coordinator
  • Working Location: Loyang (Transport provided)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
  • Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus (Twice yearly)
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries/complaints by phone, email, or fax; resolve and close.
  • Prepare quotes; create and process job orders.
  • Schedule service requests; coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, customers, and authorities.
  • Keep accurate service records; upload reports and feedback.
  • Follow up to confirm customer satisfaction; send regular updates to managers.
  • Track recurring issues; suggest improvements.
  • Identify add-on service, maintenance, and upgrade opportunities.
  • Support audits/inspections; provide required documents.
  • Raise POs/service requests; prepare shipping documents.
  • Arrange travel bookings when needed.
  • Issue materials/parts; raise purchase requisitions.
  • Maintain schedules and organized files for service staff.
  • Handle warranty claims.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications
  • GCE N/O/A Level with 3–4 years of relevant experience; or
  • Diploma, preferably in Business Administration, with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Experience in NetSuite is an added advantage.
