Responsibilities:
  • 🗓️ Maintenance Scheduling & Coordination
    • Arrange and monitor monthly machine servicing schedules
    • Plan and assign daily jobs for mechanics using the Maintenance Checklist Log (MCL)
    • Coordinate with customers for radiator washing, oil changes, and other servicing appointments
  • 🧾 Documentation & Data Management
    • Issue and record maintenance checklists, ensuring proper documentation
    • Update maintenance logs and records in Excel
    • Track machine rentals, returns, exchanges, and location changes
    • Monitor vehicle and equipment servicing schedules
  • 💬 Customer Service & Communication
    • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via WhatsApp and phone calls
    • Schedule and confirm service appointments with customers
    • Work closely with the operations team and mechanics to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth service delivery
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in maintenance scheduling, service coordination, or operations support preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and good with data entry/documentation
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  • Good communication and coordination abilities, comfortable liaising across teams
