A service consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to manage service requests and maintain customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating service jobs, dispatching technicians, and ensuring accurate records in SAP. Candidates should have a diploma and extensive customer service experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. This position offers a hybrid working model after probation, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.15 am to 6 pm.
The incumbent will be the first contact with customer, receiving breakdown calls, coordinating service jobs as well as dispatching service Technicians and Engineers on time to attend to our customers’ needs. Analyse, diagnose and rectify issues on site material handling equipment.
Mon to Fri 8.15am - 6pm (hybrid arrangement available after probation)
