What you'll do

This role is to coordinate, plan and ensure all service jobs in the designated APAC locations run smoothly, whilst using our resources efficiently.

The day-to-day

General

• Identify, assess and prioritize service jobs in APAC locations.
• Manage allocation of engineer resources
• Report status of completed and planned repairs
• Ensure safety and quality control of work performed
• Report/advance any issues to line manager

Service Jobs

• Process service jobs handed over to the team.
• Obtain PO for the job where applicable.
• Arrange for spare parts to be send to the vessel where applicable.
• Dispatch engineer when needed. Ensure that the job scope is clearly conveyed to the engineer.
• Manage travel arrangements where applicable.
• Check that documentation is updated by engineers after services are completed.
• Ensure that all documentation is captured in a timely manner and billable items processed.
• Arrange follow up service if required.
• Record complete and accurate information on service job status, including updating of SharePoint, Service Now, SAP, service calendar, and any other relevant information management system.

What you'll need

• Technical qualification at Diploma level or Bachelor level
• Lack of education can be replaced by proven experience
• 3-5 years' meaningful experience within technical resource coordination
