• Allocate service requests to available technicians.
• Communicate with clients to confirm service appointments.
• Keep complete and organized records for PMP and invoicing.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Identify and escalate issues that require further attention.

• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ levels/ NITEC / Higher NITEC Certificate; or Diploma
• Proven work experience as customer service or similar role.
