HOUSE + PTE LTD is seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Attendant to join our team in the Jurong Gateway West Region. This full‑time role is integral to ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and hospitality in our establishment. As a Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient Spa service, ensuring the Spa experience is seamless and enjoyable for our guests.

What you'll be doing
  • Greet and welcome customers, and guide them to arrival at the shoe service area
  • Shoe Storage & Retrieval Management
  • Take food and beverage orders, and relay these to the kitchen and bar
  • Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to any customer inquiries or requests
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, restocking supplies as needed
  • Assist with other front‑of‑house duties as required
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
