Responsibilities

  • Perform routine servicing, cleaning, and health checks to keep machines in top condition.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues, carry out repairs, and minimise downtime.
  • Deliver, install, and set up machines at customer sites.
  • Provide on-site support and train customer staff on proper usage.

The Role

We are looking for a hands‑on, resourceful Service & Repair Technician who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in keeping machines running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain & Service Machines – Perform routine servicing, cleaning, and health checks to keep machines in top condition.
  • Troubleshoot & Repair – Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues, carry out repairs, and minimise downtime.
  • Install & Configure – Deliver, install, and set up machines at customer sites, ensuring seamless operation from day one.
  • Customer Support – Provide prompt on‑site support, respond to urgent calls, and train customer staff on proper usage.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience – Minimum 5 years of hands‑on repair or servicing experience, preferably with machines, F&B equipment, or appliances.
  • Education – ITE or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
  • Skills – Strong troubleshooting abilities, solid electronics/electrical/mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently.
  • Mindset – Practical, solution‑oriented, and a "get-it-done" attitude.
  • Flexibility – Willing to work occasional weekends or overtime when urgent issues arise.
  • Communication – Good command of English to communicate effectively with overseas customers.
  • License – Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
