Job Description
  • Receive customers via phone and walk‑in and professionally address concerns
  • Identify issues that can be resolved remotely and promptly report to workshop supervisor and service center manager.
  • Communicate estimated repair timelines and maintain regular updates to customers.
  • Provide guidance on accident loss reporting and repair advice.
  • Handle document collection, loss assessment, claims settlement, and ensure timely insurance payouts.
  • Manage online e‑claims submissions and monitoring Merimen system
  • Accurately record issues and convert customer concerns into detailed repair orders.
  • Operate the system process and maintain daily work records.
  • Assign repair orders and manage substitute vehicle check–in/out.
  • Coordinate all details before vehicle delivery.
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction and after‑service results.
  • Strictly comply with safety guidelines and use PPE correctly.
  • Participate in safety training and improve safety awareness.
  • Report potential hazards or unsafe incidents immediately.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Min Higher Nitec with 2 years' experience
  • Understanding of automotive repair methods, components, tools, and materials.
  • Proficient in insurance knowledge and loss assessment.
  • Experience with dealer management systems and MS Office.
  • Possess valid driving license
  • Experience in automotive after‑sales is an advantage.

5.5 days work week.
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
