Job summary

A luxury automotive service company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to assist customers, conduct vehicle inspections, and coordinate services. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of car components. Experience with luxury car brands and the ability to communicate in Chinese are advantageous. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction and effective service management.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Strong communication skills with external and internal customers.
  • Good knowledge of car components and able to assess basic vehicle issues.
  • Experienced dealing with luxury car brands and continental cars.
  • Ability to read and write Chinese for supplier communication.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, explaining services and providing recommendations.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnose basic issues.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate work with the workshop.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and conduct follow-up calls.
  • Report daily job progress to Aftersales Management.

Job description

Professionally greet and assist customers, listen to concerns, explain services and provide sound recommendations.

Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnose basic issues, explain necessary repairs in a precise and easily understood manner.

Efficiently schedule service appointments, working closely with the technical team and parts department.

Co-ordination of work required with both the workshop and the body & paint department for timely completion of repairs.

Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and do follow‑up calls post‑service to ensure expectations are met.

Monitoring and review of jobs, filing, tracking and settlement in a timely manner.

Reports to Aftersales Management of daily jobs and weekly progress.

Any other tasks as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Good Organizational Skills, Team Player, Aptitude for Problem Solving.
  • Strong communication skills with both external and internal customers.
  • Good knowledge of car components and able to access basic vehicle issues.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment delivering exceptional service.
  • Experienced dealing with luxury car brands and continental cars.
  • Some hands‑on experience or understanding in automotive servicing and repairs will be advantageous.
  • Good computer skills with knowledge in MS Excel and workshop DMS system.
  • Ability to read and write Chinese to be able to communicate with Chinese suppliers and factory.
