Location: Office-based (Yishun) with off-site work
Job Type: Full-Time (Mon-Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
Salary Range: S$3,500 – S$4,000

About the Role:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in account management or customer service, preferably in technical/engineering sectors.
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of service management and ability to discuss technical solutions.
  • Proactive, analytical, and able to handle complex client issues professionally.
