Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore East is seeking an Assembly Operator to support server and data centre production lines. The role involves assembling server components, wiring, and rack builds, following SOPs and safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have NITEC or equivalent, experience in assembly/manufacturing/electronics, and comfort with hand tools. Rotating 12-hour shifts, 4 days/week, with day/night rotation and allowances on top of basic salary.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or electronics environment is preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools and working in a production setting.
• Able to follow work instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assemble server chassis, hard drives, racks, and cabinets.
• Perform server assembly and integration tasks on the production line.
• Support unpacking, packaging, and rack build activities.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area.
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.
