Job summary

Tribhuvan Yoga International is seeking a Senior Yoga Teacher / Educator to lead advanced teaching, curriculum design and teacher training. You will develop progressive learning pathways, mentor instructors and oversee workshops, retreats and ongoing professional development.

The role requires extensive experience in Hatha and Vinyasa styles, plus strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and philosophy. Aged professionals with leadership and educational delivery skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional yoga teaching experience across beginner to advanced levels.
• 200-hour YTT certification required; 300/500-hour advanced preferred.
• Knowledge of Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa; strong grounding in anatomy and movement science.

Responsibilities

• Senior yoga teaching: deliver group and private classes; adapt to levels; ensure safety and alignment.
• Education & curriculum development: create structured programmes and learning pathways; update materials.
• Teacher training & advanced training: design and run TT programmes; evaluate skills and provide feedback.
• Workshops & masterclasses: develop specialized sessions covering advanced asana, sequencing and philosophy.
• Retreat leadership: plan and lead local and international retreats with structured itineraries.
• Mentoring & professional development: support instructors with observations and coaching.
• Student development & teaching quality: assess progress and promote best practices across programmes.
• Educational leadership: contribute to long-term strategy for courses and collaborations.
