Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years post-registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM.
• Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with NEA highly desired.
• Relevant work experience in railway projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a SHE system including inspections.
• Implement and manage the electronic Permit to Work system.
• Conduct internal safety, health, and environment training.
