CHARTERHOUSE RESOURCES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced WSH Coordinator to oversee workplace safety and health compliance across worksites, workshops, and company premises. You will conduct inspections, review safety documentation, and coordinate with site teams and authorities.

The role requires 5+ years in WSH, relevant qualifications, and strong analytical and communication skills. Singapore WSH regulations knowledge is essential; extensive documentation and reporting are part of the job.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of WSH experience in engineering/industrial services.
• WSH qualifications preferred.
• Registered WSH Coordinator preferred.
• Certifications in Work-at-Height, Confined Space, Lifting Ops or First Aid are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Review RA, SWP, MS and PTW documentation.
• Monitor safety practices, risk controls and PPE compliance.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings and site orientations.
• Investigate accidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with developing and reviewing HSEQ policies and systems.
