Speechify is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of native Windows desktop applications. You will work on Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML and possibly C++ to deliver reliable, accessible software.

Qualifications

3+ years in Windows desktop app development using Windows App SDK/WinUI, C#, XAML, with native C++ experience preferred.
Strong understanding of interop between managed (.NET) and native code.
Proven track record shipping production-quality desktop apps with reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications.
Define and enforce best practices for Windows desktop development across the codebase.
Drive accessibility efforts to ensure inclusive software with proper UI automation support.
Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and stakeholders to shape feature planning and roadmap.
Diagnose and resolve complex performance, memory, or compatibility issues and propose robust solutions.
