Job summary

1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd is looking for a senior technical contributor specializing in wet process development based in Singapore. The successful applicant will drive experimental initiatives and support technology roadmaps, contributing to silicon-based solutions for future memory needs.

The ideal candidate should possess a PhD with 8+ years of experience (or equivalent), have a solid grasp of various process technologies, and be adept in cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • PhD with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or Master's with 11 years or Bachelor's with 13 years.
  • Deep understanding of vapor etch, wet strip, dry strip, and selective chemical etching.
  • Experience fixing process issues and supporting transfer R&D to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project-level initiatives focused on the development of wet processes.
  • Conduct complex experiments under senior staff guidance.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge management.
